Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions cover Gift Cards and e-gift cards issued by Inspire Europe Ltd (Inspire) which may be branded as “Honeymoon Gift Card” “Travel Gift Card”, “Your Travel Card”, “Travel Gift Card”, “Inspire Gift Card” or branded through an affiliate or partner. Inspire operate an ABTA, ATOL and IATA licensed travel agency. Bookings made with Inspire using the Gift Cards and e-gift cards as forms of payment are also subject to the booking Terms & Conditions which are made available at time of booking.
Period of validity
Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for a period of up to 18 months from date of issuance, unless a shorter validity is printed on the card or advised to you upon issuance of the Gift Card or e-gift card in which case the shortest validity date applies.
Balance enquiries and card validity can be obtained online or by calling the number displayed on the card or the e-gift card.

Gift cards and e-gift cards should be treated as cash; they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Inspire will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards or e-gift cards.
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the gift card or e-gift card for new travel bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion.
Flight only, Cruise, Eurotunnel or Ferry products cannot be booked when using a Gift Card and e-gift card as a form of payment.
Further travel product limitations may apply, details of such additional limitations are printed on the gift card or provided when the e-gift card is purchased through a card distributor or reseller.
Gift cards and e-gift cards may be used to make new bookings for travel products of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.
Cards can only be redeemed on new bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay any other products, outstanding balances on an existing booking or to buy another gift card or e-gift card.
If a booking with a gift card or e-gift card is subsequently changed or cancelled, any money owing will be refunded back to the original form of payment(s) used to make the booking.
Illustrative Example: a calculated refund of £600 due to cancellation on a £1,000 payment for a booking, where £200 (20%) was paid with a Gift Card, and £800 (80%) was paid on a credit card, would result in £120 (20% of calculated refund amount) refund on to the original gift card used on the booking and £480 (80% of calculated refund amount) refund back to the original payment card used.
If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card / e-gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.
Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Changes to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Inspire Europe Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards and e-gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
